Description Overview: .
Manage the team that will provide tools and personnel support to
enable users throughout the firm to develop, update, and change

the Intranet. .
Develop as well as work with Application development organizations
to get Web enabled applications onto the Intranet. The team will
act as a technical resource. Products delivered will enable others
to deliver to the Web. .
The candidate filling this position will address the Intranet
redesign and its technology used to support the Intranet. Internet

TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

The are two technical
Project Manager positions needed in the Sales and Marketing
Systems' departments. They are first level project manager/project
leader, very hands-on positions, encompassing the full project
lifecycle. The individual will interface with both technical and
non-technical users. Therefore, it is important the individual
understands applications with users, has the ability to deal with
business issues, and the ability to reconcile management and tech
issues. Technical skills required: VB, Oracle, MS
Project or other project management tool. Other relational
database experience (SQL Server, Sybase) would be acceptable.
Should have strong technical foundation (programmer
analyst/software developer) and experience in formal development
methodology. Five to seven years experience minimum.
Should be bright with growth potential. Not just a techie.

Five or more years

environment. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to organize
and direct a small group of developers in order to produce
high-quality software in a timely manner. Must have strong
